Pole Foundations is a 6 week course that teaches you the fundamentals of Pole Fitness and Pole Dance.
Learn to spin, sit, climb, and hold yourself on the pole. We’ll put it all together in different combos to build cardio endurance as well as strength. By the end of the 6 weeks you will have learnt an entire routine!

Pole Foundations classes are on Mondays at 6.30pm. Classes run for one hour.
