Everyone can learn the splits – regardless of age and background, you just need to work at it and know how to work at it.
It’s a mix of dynamic, passive, active, isometric, PNF and static stretches and focuses on lengthening hamstrings and releasing your lower back and hips to help facilitate splits.
The course is on Saturday mornings at 9.30am and runs for 45 minutes. The cost is just $165 inc gst for the 6 week course. The next course starts Feb 3, 2024.

There is no guarantee that you will actually get your splits by the end of the eight week course; it depends of your flexibility level at the commencement of the course, if you have injuries, and if you do your homework stretches, but you will certainly be closer. You can then repeat the course if you like.
Just a yoga mat. All other equipment such as flex bands, yoga blocks, are provided by the studio.
